HGM series three-rings ultra-fine mill is the processing equipment of ultra-fine powder and used to grind any non flammable and explosive materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ores, barite, bentonite, calcium, kaolin, plater, mica, graphite, diatomite... Working principles: The main motor power of Micro-powder grinding machine drives the principal axis and turntable whirling through the speed reducer. The turntable drives tens of rollers whirling in the grinding chamber. The big size material are crushed by the crushers and transferred to the hopper by elevating conveyor. Electromagnetic Vibrating feeder delivers the materials to the middle place of turntable. Under the affect of centrifugal force, the materials go to the edge of turntable and to the grinding rings to be crushed and grinded. After the primary crushing, the material into the second and third grinding rings in turn. High-pressure and centrifugal air blower sucks the outside air.
